The Model 1100 is a hydraulic press that has one pressing area to form crusts for single crust pies, double crust pies, tarts, cheesecakes, etc. It is a great machine whether you are currently making your crusts by hand or with a sheeter.

Forming dies change in a matter of minutes and make production of different size and shapes of products fast and easy. The Model 1100’s hydraulics means that it takes very little effort for the operator to product consistent, uniform crusts time after time.
