Lower Die Thumbscrew
A Comtec Upper Die Half is secured to the machine with a Die Retaining Bolt. The Lower Die Half is held in place with this long thumbscrew. While some customers have had success forming dough without this Thumbscrew, you will get your best results if the Lower Die Half is secured to the machine.
